When we started the Jam Jar “Every Penny Counts” project, deep down we suspected our target of raising £1000 was a little on the ambitious side.
We never dreamt that by the summer we would have collected enough pennies to break through the £1500 mark. To date, £1520 has been raised, and the pennies are still rolling in from time to time, long after we collected the majority of jam jars back in.
If your jam jar has been missed or you are kindly keeping on collecting loose change do bring them to 1 Porthmore Close any time, or to the village shop where they are also collecting on our behalf.
