Churchyard working party: Saturday May 11th

Why our churchyard is good for baby birds
A recent study by the Cambridge-based Anglia Ruskin University discovered that young birds raised in areas with traditional hedgerows and native trees were bigger and healthier compared to those raised in city parks. Christmas Gift Tombola raises over £200
Our ‘gift tombola’ in 2012 was more than double the success of the previous year, raising a total of £207.90. Our thanks go to Roger for being our front man! And equally important, to Sheila and Lisa for some incredibly hard work wrapping presents and folding tickets. -

Caldecote Open Gardens: ‘Tis the Season!
Caldecote Open Gardens is back again. During the weekend of 23rd and 24th June, gardens small and large, wild and trim will be opening their wicker gates to the public in aid of the Friends of Caldecote Church.
