On the Spring Bank Holiday of 2019 the grounds of The Old Rectory were opened to the public.Despite the unseasonably cool weather visitors poured in from near and far, and £1,152.24 was raised towards the Plan for the Future of Caldecote Church.
We are hugely grateful to Catherine and John, for their immense hospitality in welcoming the public into their garden, and for putting on a spread of sweet and savoury snacks. We would also like to thank the army of helpers, some of whom travelled distances to help behind the scenes on the day, and particularly to the musicians and those who served and washed up throughout the day.
